We will do our best to accommodate your wishes when we deliver the luxury restroom, but we do have some limitations. The luxury restrooms are delivered by a heavy-duty truck and the combined weight of that truck and the luxury restroom means we avoid soft grass and areas with drainage or field tiles installed. We also need to avoid low-hanging tree branches, wires or any other height obstructions that could possibly damage the luxury restroom. We also ask that you strongly consider the distance between your desired placement location and the power source for your event and keep it to within 50 feet.
As with most luxury items, it depends on a variety of factors, including availability and location. Most of our luxury restrooms rentals start around $1,300 – plus a refundable damage deposit - and the rental rate can increase depending on our travel, the rental duration and any other special requests (including attendant service).
Access to main power source (can be a generator) within 50 feet of luxury restroom and two-to-four 20 amp 110-volt standard 3-prong outlets are required. Two circuits are necessary for full function of the luxury restroom, including hot water for the sinks. We recommend at least a 6,500-watt dedicated generator to power the luxury restroom.
We don’t ask much! We simply ask that you leave the unit where we have set it up, do hourly checks of the paper supplies and waste baskets, and clean up any possible spills or messes that might take place during your event.
The earlier the better! We work on a first-come, first-serve basis and have a limited number of luxury restrooms available. Our luxury restrooms often book up over 8-9 months in advance, but yours is considered booked once we receive payment in full plus your damage deposit.
Yes. You or someone representing you needs to be on site when we deliver and place your luxury restroom so we can ensure proper setup, test the electrical and walk you through the components of the unit, replacing the consumables and answer any possible questions.
Life gets in the way, so we consider cancellations on a case-by-case basis depending on how far out from the event the cancellation takes place and/or if other potential customers are prevented from reserving a luxury restroom for that same date.
Nope! Your luxury restroom comes fully stocked with paper towels, hand soap, waste baskets and waste bags prior to your event. Extra consumable supplies are stored in a cabinet for easy on-site replenishment by your designated person or persons.
It depends on the weather! Many of the outdoor weddings we provide luxury restrooms for take place during the fall, when overnight lows can occasionally dip below 40 degrees or even approach freezing temperatures. To prevent possible damage to the plumbing fixtures on the luxury restroom, when cold temperatures are a possibility, we will REQUIRE you to leave the luxury restroom plugged in for the entire time it is on site for your event.
We don’t ask much! Just do a cursory inspection to make sure no drinks or other items are left inside the luxury restroom, the waste baskets are empty and – most important! – that the luxury restroom is left plugged in until we come to remove it (if instructed to do so due to temperatures).
