Good question! A standard unit is $75 if preordered for an individual game and paid ahead of time via cash or check. If using a credit or debit card, a standard unit is $78 per game. There is a volume discount if you preorder for all seven home games prior to the season. Units are also available on a walk-up or call-in basis on gamedays, for an added fee and based on available inventory.
The earlier the better, especially if tailgating in Lot 31. We rarely run out of inventory, but traffic flow and lot congestion limits how quickly we can deliver each unit. The earlier you reserve and arrive on site, typically the quicker we can get your unit delivered.
Not that much. Your name, phone number, tailgate lot and time of arrival are usually enough to get by. But a description of your vehicle (ex: black Ford F-150 with tan River Forest RV) and location in the lot (ex: far southeast corner of Lot 31, near First and Kirby) really helps to expedite locating you and delivering your unit in a timely fashion.
You can either text or call our Google Voice business line at 562-344-5004 upon arrival and provide us with your name, tailgate lot and location. Each of our on-site technicians will have access to that phone line, along with a list of all our pre-paid customers. One of them will deliver your toilet with a stickered decal you can write your name on to designate and differentiate your private portable toilet.
We do! Upon request, we can provide handicapped accessible units, handwashing stations and more for your private tailgate. But we do need to know in advance and pricing may vary, as these units may need to be transported separately from our fleet of standard units we typically deliver to the University on gamedays.
Nothing? Just leave the unit in place as is, and we'll collect it later. You pay for the unit and use - that's it!
